Official Data Subprocessor List

To provide our technology platform and services, Redeema LLC ("Redeema") engages third-party entities to assist with data processing activities. These entities are known as "Subprocessors". Before engaging any Subprocessor, Redeema performs a security and privacy review to ensure they provide a level of protection consistent with our Master Terms and Privacy Policy.

1. INFRASTRUCTURE & CORE SERVICES

These subprocessors provide the foundational cloud technology and storage for the Redeema Platform.

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Purpose: Cloud hosting, encrypted data storage, and server infrastructure. Location: USA.

Google Cloud Platform

Purpose: Analytics, map services, and specialized API infrastructure. Location: USA.

2. PAYMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION

These subprocessors handle financial transactions and sensitive identity data required for compliance.

Stripe, Inc.

Purpose: Payment processing, merchant services (Stripe Connect), and identity verification. Location: USA.

3. DATA EXTRACTION & SPECIALIZED TOOLS

These subprocessors assist with technical features such as receipt scanning and platform communication.

Mindee / Google Vision API

Purpose: Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for receipt validation and data extraction. Location: USA.

Twilio / SendGrid

Purpose: Email and SMS transaction notifications and platform alerts. Location: USA.

Partner Notification Policy

As defined in our B2B Service Agreement, Redeema will notify Partners of any intended changes concerning the addition or replacement of Subprocessors.

Notification: Changes will be posted to this page.

Objection Period: Partners may object to a new Subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds within thirty (30) days of the update.

Data Integrity: All Subprocessors are contractually bound to maintain data confidentiality and are prohibited from using personal data for any purpose other than providing the specific service to Redeema.
