Crowdfunding refunds

1. Subscription Fees

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the platform to collect payments, run sweepstakes, or enroll members. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for annual plans after the 14-day window, regardless of usage.

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period begins. You may cancel at any time and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Canceling a monthly plan prevents future charges but does not refund the current month.

2. Event Tickets

Refund eligibility for event tickets depends on the policy set by the organizing entity:

Organization Policy

If the organizing organization has set a refund policy, that policy governs. Redeema will process refunds in accordance with the organization's stated policy.

  • Contact the organizing organization directly for refund requests
  • Redeema is not responsible for refund disputes between members and organizations
  • Processing fees (if any) are non-refundable

No Organization Policy

If no organization refund policy is set, event ticket refunds may be requested up to 30 days before the event date. No refunds within 30 days of the event.

Tickets to events that are canceled by the organization will be fully refunded, including processing fees.

3. Dues & Membership Fees

Dues and membership fees collected through Redeema are generally non-refundable once processed, as they are set and managed by the member's organization.

Dues refund requests must be directed to your organization's administrator. Redeema cannot override an organization's dues policy.
  • Contact your organization administrator for dues refund requests
  • Redeema will process refunds as directed by the organization administrator
  • Processing fees are non-refundable in all cases

4. Crowdfunding Contributions

Crowdfunding contributions made through Redeema are processed as follows:

Goal Met

If a crowdfunding campaign meets its goal, contributions are transferred to the organizing entity and are non-refundable.

Campaigns that meet their goal will be funded. Contributors will receive confirmation.

Goal Not Met

If a campaign does not meet its goal by the deadline, all contributions are automatically refunded minus any processing fees already incurred.

Refunds for unfunded campaigns are processed automatically within 5–10 business days.

5. Sweepstakes Entry Fees

Redeema does not charge entry fees for sweepstakes. If an organization charges an optional fee for enhanced entry (where permitted by law), refund eligibility is governed by the organization's policy.

No purchase is necessary to enter sweepstakes conducted through Redeema. See official rules for free entry methods.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a Redeema subscription, follow these steps:

  • Include your transaction ID or subscription plan details
  • Our team will respond within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
